Vanessa settled herself onto her chair and massaged her temples a little to relieve her stress a little after the long meeting she had. But Catherine came knocking on her door, "Miss Grant. Mr. Jones is waiting for you." As soon as Catherine said that, a sigh escaped her lips and she mumbled, "alright. I'd be out soon." Catherine nodded and went away, while Vanessa didn't know whether to laugh or cry because she underestimated Austin. A few weeks passed by since he declared, "let's start a fresh, Vanessa!" And in these weeks, he was trying his best to come to her and take her out and do all the little things she always wanted him to do for her. Seeing all of that, she didn't know how to reject him, because she couldn't lie to herself and pretend that it was nothing when Austin was changing. For her!
