"Then what do we do? If we don't try to run, all of us are going to die here. Even if I die, I want to die protecting Ms. Rose," Zachary said. Although he knew his skills weren't up to par, he was a brave man. "You can take her away while I go up against these two," Steven said. "No! Not even Master King could beat them. You'll die!" Rose exclaimed. "Just because Yusuf lost doesn't mean I will. Let me try," Steven insisted. He noticed Leroy rushing toward Yusuf and quickly ran toward them, throwing a punch at Leroy. Leroy was thrown back a few steps while Steven only slid back a couple of inches. Steven lifted Yusuf with one hand and said, "Go bring Rose to safety." Yusuf saw that Steven had not only blocked a punch from Leroy but had even sent him skidding backward. He immediately realized that Steven must have been at least a third-grade master. "A-Are you a third-grade master?" Yusuf asked. "No," Steven replied casually. After all, he wasn't a third-grade master, but a fourth
