Charlotte noticed her colleague's reaction. She remained calm and responded with a smile, "Yeah. I just finished my vacation." The woman who had intended to say something to Stacy also promptly stopped, walking away after an awkward greeting. On the other hand, Stacy kept chatting with Charlotte with a proud look on her face, mainly talking about the various work processes in the last few days, all of which basically were Charlotte's previous work. "Thank you for your hard work over these past few days, Stacy." Charlotte politely interrupted her while checking the time, taking the initiative to end this conversation where Stacy was unilaterally showing off. "It's almost time.
