"You're sensible, but... Annie, I hear you already live here?" Mrs. Jennings asked her in front of Yvonne. Immediately, all eyes were on Annie. Annie was slightly embarrassed. "Um... Yes, Mrs. Jennings." How should one put it? A girl living in someone else's house did not seem to need an explanation. "Mom, we are married. Aren't we supposed to live together?" This isn't what my father expected. I bet he wouldn't have let me come for a blind date with Mr. Jennings if he had known."
