Caspian and Bailey safely returned to their pack house. Bailey couldn't comprehend the unsettling feelings inside her chest. "Where did you two disappear?" Richard questioned, trying not to let the blunt tone bother Caspian or Bailey. "Indeed, it was your wedding night, and I gave you two permission. However, you should have kept in touch with the pack house. It's dangerous to roam around like this when Bailey is nearing her expected date. What if something happened, and she needed to see the doctor?" Bailey stared at Richard apologetically, and Caspian's eyes moved around the pack house. "Where is that doc, anyway?" Caspian asked. Bailey also felt strange that Athereld didn't come to see her. Since she got pregnant, Athereld had been extra careful about everything —he would rarely let her out of his sight. Since it was an early pregnancy and Bailey had to fight in that condition, Athereld was spending his day and night not letting those harm her health. Bailey thought Athereld
