Baron "Walk me through everything," Baron instructed, still watching the albino woman closely. Irana exchanged a strange look with Bane, causing her eyes to follow his as she began to explain. "I found him," she said softly. "I was hunting for rabbits. I have a skin condition, but that's not the problem," she continued. "The problem started when I fell down one of the holes. I noticed the rabbits in the area had vanished, most likely due to a natural predator—the scorpions. I thought I had found one when I suddenly fell into the hole... and then I heard his cries." She smiled faintly, but it was tinged with sadness. "I didn’t know he was yours. If I had, I would’ve brought him to you immediately. The venom in his blood made it difficult to smell any ties he had to you or anyone else. Besides, he was so small then... so weak. Eventually, the chief cleared out the scorpion’s nest. In a way, he avenged the boy. But I genuinely didn’t know who his mother was until recently. When I spoke
