Chapter 94: Together Again

  The hospital hallways were quiet except for doctors talking softly and machines beeping. Daniel walked quickly through the clean-smelling halls, helping Anya as they headed to the exit. Though they had been through something scary, Daniel was focused on making sure Anya was okay.   When they got to the hospital, Daniel helped Anya through the sliding doors. Inside, everything was clean and quiet. A doctor wearing a white coat came to them with a kind smile.   "Mr. Shaw, you're here for Mrs. Shaw's checkup. Please follow me," the doctor said.   In the doctor's office, he explained how Anya was doing and what care she needed. But Daniel got frustrated listening to the doctor.
