Chapter 19: Aftermath

When Frank drove me home, I alighted from his car and bade him goodnight before heading straight into the house. I was exhausted, I felt like falling wearily into the couch right that instant at the sitting room and sleeping right there. But I wouldn't do that because I didn't want to wake up with body pain.
