Jason's POV "Are you okay, bro?" Mark asked "I'm fine," I lied as I walked into the room where Cindy was being held. After finding her in the house where Cheryl and Chloe were holding Rose, I was furious. Why would my mate be there with the enemy? I knew Cindy lied to me when she said she had been kidnapped. I knew she was helping them, and now I needed to find out why. When I arrived in front of the room Cindy was in, My father was waiting for me by the door. "What are you doing here?" I asked confused "I told your mother that I will accompany you while you interrogate Cindy," He said, and I rolled my eyes. "I can do it myself," I said "I know you can, son, but she is your mate, and Your mother thinks it is best for me to go with you,"  "Why? Do you not trust me?" I asked "Of course we trust you,"  "Rose is my sister, and I would never let anyone hurt her," I said angrily "Just let us go with you so that your mom doesn't worry," Mark said "Fine, let's go," I said, and we walked into t
