The thought of trying new things out with Damien caused Lydia's cheeks to flush. Though she was unfamiliar with the concept, she found the idea intriguing as she considered it. "Thank you, Maria," her voice full of newly discovered resolution. "I'll try your suggestion tonight.” Maria gave her a kind smile. "My lady, you are very welcome. Always keep in mind that kindness and humility go a long way.” Lydia got ready for the night ahead as the evening went on. She dressed with particular attention to detail, selecting a silk nightgown that hugged her curves in all the right places.
