Chapter Ninety- Five: The Hospital Calls

The night felt hot and painfully slow as the air conditioner suddenly stopped working. At every interval, I would toss and turn on the bed but even after every disturbance that I thought I had caused, Evans still laid fast asleep as he did not seem to notice. He could have been awake feeling the pressure on the bed, the sheets dragging and being pulled from his side but she still did not wake up which only made me tighten my eyes until I began to form images in my head. One which I couldn't fathom if it was my brain finally playing out a dream or my thoughts were still very much awake. By the time I opened my eyes again, the blue lights crept into the window. It was morning Perhaps, I had fallen asleep in between the thoughts but my eyes did not feel weary, like weak eyelids trying to keep upon. It was as though my brain had lost track of all the thoughts but my body was still very much awake. But all this did not worry as much until I sure he's my hands to were Evans laid and did
