Alyssa swallowed a lump in her throat and shakily got on her knees. She clasped her hands together and in a shaky voice; "Please heal my son." She pleaded. Hearing her plead so pathetically, Cindy was reminded of how she had pleaded for Lily's life five years ago at the hospital. No matter lomg it had been, it was still fresh in her memory because of how superior it made her feel. Alyssa had always been beneath her and nothing would ever change that even though she tries to take her place in the pack. Her gloating look increased had but she still wasn't satisfied. "I can't hear you!!" Cindy said. "Please let him go and take me instead!!" Alyssa yelled louder, her eyes were getting blurry due to the amount of tears pouring out. "Louder!!" "Please let him.. argghh!!" Alyssa let out a loud groan shen she unexpectedly received a blow at the back of her head, making her fall face flat on the hard ground. She had been so engrossed with her pleas that she didn't realize that Cindy had carried
