Joe's frosty gaze snapped over to Skylar, who had pinned a woman on the ground. The woman's face seemed red and swollen from getting beaten up. As for Skylar, she appeared unwavering and calm. The supple skin on her face made her seem fairly innocent. Joe thought to himself, "It seems she's recovered." Paul was shocked to see Skylar at the scene. His features darkened as he turned to the manager right away. "You'd best sort this out." That left the manager in a panic. He couldn't understand why Joe was there today and had to witness such a scene. The manager knew he'd lose his job if he failed to resolve the issue. Skylar realized then that Martin Group owned this hotel and the entire building. That was why Joe was here. Right away, the manager succinctly explained every detail about what had happened earlier and how he planned to resolve the matter to Joe. Joe tried to gather the reason behind the situation while listening to the manager. Then, his intense gaze swept past eve
