At eleven o'clock, Alexander returned from outside, and we had lunch at home. James drove us to the airport, where the secretaries were already waiting. For this trip, Alexander had brought four secretaries. In addition to Jane Smith, the Executive Assistant to the CEO, the other three weren’t aware of our relationship. However, it seemed Jane might have briefed them, as the other three secretaries greeted me without any surprise, treating me like just another business traveler.
