Alexander's POV Seri—just the sound of the name made it clear it was a girl's name. I was sure Vivienne didn’t have a friend named Seri. But then, thinking back to what had just happened, I started to suspect that Seri might be the child Vivienne had given birth to three or four years ago. Vivienne was asleep, her lips slightly pursed, and she didn’t answer. Frustrated, I leaned closer to her ear and softly asked, “Vivienne, who is Seri?” “… Who is Seri…” Vivienne murmured, barely audible. “Yes, who is Seri?” “Seri is…” Vivienne’s words trailed off. She pressed her hand to her forehead, curling into herself. A look of pain crossed her face, and she groaned, “My head hurts… it’s so painful!” Seeing this, I quickly reached over to gently massage her temples, speaking softly, “If you can’t remember, don’t force it. Just rest.” It took a while, but eventually, Vivienne calmed down and fell into a deeper sleep. I watched her peaceful face, her features softened in sl
