chapter 27 You’ll Be Fine

Lainey did not know how long she had been crying. When she was about to despair, she finally found her mobile phone in a corner. Overjoyed, she rushed over. However, she became even more desperate after picking up her phone. She didn’t know if it had run out of battery or been broken, but she couldn’t turned it on no matter how she tried. Her last chance to call for help was gone. 　　Just then, a sibilant sound rang out from an unknown corner... 　　“Ah!” Lainey was timid, and these several human skeletons in the lab were already enough to scare her to death. Therefore, this creepy sound stimulated her nerves and made her scream out in shock. What was even more terrifying was that, perhaps frightened by her shrieks, several huge rats scurried out of the corner! One of them even ran straight towards her! 　　“Ah!” One of the animals Lainey was afraid the most was rat. Therefore, she fled in a panic. All of a sudden, she bumped into a skeleton, which instantly fell to the floor and br
