Chapter 21

"There we go, that's my boss!" Frank was Marian's number one fan. He cheered for her through the surveillance cameras of 'Charm'. Suddenly, the broadcast froze. He immediately knew that something was wrong, he tried to fix it, but the screen went black. This was the first time he encountered something like this. He had never been discovered before and he didn't expect a random bar to have a security system like this. Frank's first thought was Joseph. He thought he knew he was watching, so he turned off the cameras. He reacted and immediately notified Marian through a text message: "Boss, the situation has changed, the surveillance footage got cut off. I can't see you anymore. Joseph may have found out about you, do you need reinforcements?" After reading the message, Marian replied quickly: "No need." The hallway was filled with private rooms and rooms like those don't have a window. Joseph was trapped, he had nowhere to escape. Frank hacked into the cameras near the ba
