"Calvin, I might not survive washing the dishes all night!" Levi whined dramatically.
"I've never heard of anyone dying from washing dishes," Calvin replied coldly, his face emotionless. "Take him away."
Thomas nodded reluctantly and gestured for Levi to follow him. Defeated, Levi trailed behind while grumbling under his breath.
Turning his attention to Alexia, Calvin's sharp gaze pinned her in place. "Do you even remember your status?"
Alexia kept her cool, her voice level. "What does grabbing dinner have to do with status? Even the president's gotta eat when he's hungry. And let's not forget—I'm just the stand-in, right?"
Calvin's voice grew colder. "Even as a stand-in, you're still part of the Reed family. If you don't return to the Reed residence tonight, don't bother coming back at all."
Disappointment flashed in Alexia's eyes, but she remained firm. "The company employees are going out of town for team-building tomorrow. I won't be able to return."
