A whole week of pure peace and silence felt like the strangest thing that had ever happened to Amara. There was no Tobias popping up out of thin air, or Celestine showing up to ruin her day, or even Fiona to annoy the heck out of her. It was quiet and peaceful, and honestly, it scared Amara a bit.
