Chapter 8

"Well... my name is Tammy Parker and I am Karl's cousin." My eyes widen in surprise and some fear took over me. "You ar... are what?" I implored. He smirked and confessed, "I am his cousin." "Are you here to hurt me?" I asked nervously. "No, It's not my intention," he said instantly. "Then why are you here?" "Listen, girl. I just wanted to know whether you are doing okay. Because for the last week you haven’t shown up. I thought you may have got sick or.. Whatever." He whispered the last part slowly. I just stared at him unknowingly what to say. "Okay! I need to go. If you need any help just ask me and one more thing don't mess with him again. I can't stop him but I can save you from him." He patted my heads before turn his back to walk out of my classroom. I just stared at his back until he was out of my sight. Shall I trust him? Never mind! Finally, my class is over and I'm so grateful that I haven't met him today. Of these past three months, today I was blessed to get some
