It was the second day of freshman orientation, and the two guys from Dorm 606, who hadn't shown up the day before, finally arrived that morning. One of them was Luke, a Riverstone City native. Spicariver and Riverstone City were like two peas in a pod. He quickly fit in with Nathan and the others, seamlessly becoming part of the group. The last to arrive was Jack, a guy from Pearl City who had trouble fitting in. As soon as he walked into the dorm, he greeted everyone with a thick accent. The rest of the room was left dumbfounded. Their eyes were fixed on him in stunned silence. It took them a moment to realize he was speaking their language, though his thick accent made it hard to catch that he was trying to say, "Hello, hello, hello everyone." Everyone in Nathan's generation grew up watching Pearl City movies, so they picked up a bit of the accent, but mostly just the swear words.
