JADE’S POV
The next meeting is at a coffee shop that looks more expensive than any other cafe I've been to. We meet two women who are media personnel who are helping to publicize all that happened at the gala that was hosted a few weeks ago. I was happy at first when we met them since I helped prepare for the gala, and I'd love to know what they thought about the coloring, designs, seating arrangements, and the rest, but that all changed after some time.
My first issue was that they were not focusing on the essential details of the gala, like the things we helped create and style; they were not saying much about how the staff members were excellent and how much work they put in for its success. Instead, they talked about the influential personalities present and the trivial comments and jokes they made.
