Reika POV Waking to the feel of movement, as Ryker stood up and started walking. Opening my eyes they felt like sandpaper. My skin stinging and dry from the salt in my tears. I turned my face into his neck, inhaling his scent, I didn't want to cry any more. Tears won't help me, nothing will any more. I felt nothing, numb is what I felt and I was grateful.
