Samantha was already dressed lightly, and her dress had gotten wet earlier. As soon as she got out of the car, she was shivering from the cold. She rubbed her hands together and hugged her arms, trying to warm herself up. Xander noticed Samantha shivering as he got out of the car. His heart ached to see her like that. Frowning, he quickly walked over and draped his coat over her shoulders. "I was going to give you my coat first, but I didn't expect you'd get out of the car before me." The coat still held Xander's warmth. Samantha gratefully took it from him and put it on her shoulders. Feeling the heat from the coat, she couldn't help but feel a bit warm and fuzzy inside. "Minnie will be here soon. Let's head inside first." Hearing that, Xander nodded in agreement. "It's warmer inside. Waiting inside will be much better than staying out here." With that, Xander pursed his lips and tentatively took Samantha's hand. Seeing she didn't pull away, a smile of delight crossed his face.
