Edmund had just placed his hand on the doorknob when Claire's voice suddenly came from inside. "If I had known that a few photos would be enough to make Selena commit suicide, I would've just hired someone to strip her and take pictures from the start. "Instead, I had to hurt myself by slamming into that door. But at least Edmund made her drink for me and forced her to take off her clothes. That was satisfying enough!" Another woman's voice followed. "Claire, why did you reject Edmund back then and let Selena come between you guys even when you have feelings for him?" Claire scoffed and replied in a smug voice, "You don't get it! Men always want what they can't have. Besides, Selena donated a kidney to me back then. If I had stayed, I would've been in her debt. How could I ever accept being indebted to someone? "As long as I never agree to marry him, Edmund will never be able to forget me." Edmund stood frozen in disbelief. So everything had been orchestrated by Claire all along
