Chapter 101

From Emily's point of view Owen had been really considerate lately. Just this morning, he said he wished to take me on a one-week trip to the human world.  I could choose anywhere I want to go, and he'd keep me company. "Really? That's great," I exclaimed. "It'll be like our honeymoon, but earlier. After all, you might not have much time to spend with me after our wedding." "Where do you want to go?" Owen hugged me from behind, burying his face in my neck. I could feel his breath caressing my skin. "I want to go... Hmmm, let me think about it," I said, tilting my head as I pondered seriously.  "Take your time. Any city is fine. I'll go with you wherever you want to go," he replied. I hugged him with a beam. "Actually, the place I want to go the most is the wooden cabin we stayed in before. Do you remember? There's a beautiful forest behind the cabin, and I haven't had a chance to explore it yet." "Okay, I'll take you there."
