Chapter 41 FORTY

MORGIANA'S POV "Morgiana," someone called but I continued to walk. My feet were sticky and I know they were from the water on the ground where I was walking. Well, they don't feel like water. It felt more like mud. At least that's what I like to believe. I couldn't see a thing in the dark--well everything around me was just pitch black. I tried to talk but no voice came out of my mouth. Panic started swelling in my throat and I stopped walking to look around. This is a dream. This should be a dream. I opened my mouth to say something-to call someone but still, nothing came out. Then that's when I felt the water on my feet start getting stickier. I tried pulling my feet off but the water was like holding my feet solid on the ground. Then as if it wasn't bad enough, it started getting on my knees and then my hips, my waist, until it reached my chest when it started getting hard to breathe. As much as I wanted to scream, I couldn't. So I remained there, letting the sticky water come up to
