"Don't you want our relationship to be public?" Gabriel asked. Emma drew a slow, steady breath as if the thought didn't unsettle her at all. "If we go public, then if we ever get divorced..." she began, trailing off. Before she could finish, Gabriel leaned in and kissed her hard, cutting off every word she had meant to say. After a soft, almost apologetic whimper, she settled into his embrace. "I'm not getting a divorce," he declared firmly. "I'll go with you on that day."
