Enrica paused. The voice sounded familiar, but she couldn't quite place it. Setting aside her doubts for the moment, she responded politely, "Hello, I'm Julian's sister. I'd like to meet with you to discuss the incident between the two kids in detail." The woman on the other end paused for a few seconds before speaking again, her voice still soft and gentle. "I'm sorry, but we've already done everything we can. There's nothing more to discuss." Enrica quickly said, "I understand how you feel. Julian was in the wrong, and I just want the chance to apologize to you in person." The woman seemed to waver, and Enrica lowered her stance further. "It's just a meeting. It won't take much of your time, and I can accommodate your schedule." Finally, the woman relented. "Very well, then. Let's meet today at 3:00 pm at Merlot Lounge downtown. I only have half an hour."
