Jacob called Penelope's number once again, only to find out that her number was no longer in service. Was she so mad at him that she ended up blocking his number? Almost immediately, he recalled the way Penelope had sounded during her last call. "Jacob, come over to the hospital right now! Someone's—" Having realized that something was off, Jacob rushed to the hospital right away. That was when he found out that Penelope had left right after dealing with the discharge procedures. With his heart now tense, Jacob strode into the security room right away. "Men, I want you to check all the security footage of this hospital and find out where my wife has gone!" Jacob's assistants spent the next four hours going through the footage. Yet, they couldn't find anything at all. Meanwhile, Jacob kept smoking non-stop.
