When I finally caught my breath, I found Henry staring at me.
I waved, asking Edith to leave.
After Henry and I were left alone in the dining room, I replied calmly, “You think too much. Having 3% of Pelham Group shares is already enough for me to last a lifetime!”
“Is that so?” Henry looked away and continued to eat.
