Finally, Elodie spoke up. "Julien, go help Shelmaine! Your aunt is trying to take her child!"
Within seconds, he reacted, striding quickly toward the scene.

Shelmaine struggled fiercely, but the man's grip on her wrist was unyielding. Her resistance seemed futile. "She's my daughter! Give me back my daughter!" she screamed.
