  Confident, they walk into the hotel as the cars drive up again. Among the group I think I recognize one of the men. I blink my eyes and look again with wide eyes. No, optical deception I guess, I don't know anyone in China, even the men in the negotiations I have only seen via Zoom video. Again I throw my head back, my face turned to the moon.
   My thoughts involuntarily turn to Dordrich. Would he be with his wife and children now, as a family man taking care of his family? Where was he on vacation with his family? Would he think of me?
