"Hey Dad," I slightly waved to my father, who ran over as soon as possible. He had just greeted me, hoping to start a conversation, but I was too tired to talk. I had cried and cried, and I had no strength.
"I think it'll be fine to just let her rest," Crystal said to my Dad as she led him to a seat opposite mine.
"So, how exactly did all of this happen?" I heard my Dad ask her.
"Amelia was poisoned!" Crystal said.
"What? How? Where? Have they caught the culprit?" Dad asked several questions at a time, but I'm sure Crystal doesn't mind. She had the patience of ten people combined.
"It was in her baby meal, a delivery guy brought it and that's how she got poisoned." Crystal explained.
"What?! Where's the guy now, and what's his name?" Dad asked furiously. Whenever he was like this, you could rest assured that trouble was brewing.
"Elijah Dow, and we've been on restoring Amelia's health than arresting him." Crystal said.
