By Midday, Jake still had an impressive scowl on his face, and most of his rising temper had been lashed at his staff. Relaxing back on his seat, Jake drew in a deep breath. The headlines he had seen about Samantha flashed through his mind yet again, but this time, instead of dismissing it, he allowed himself to really think about it. Ever since Samantha's fame, a lot has changed between them. Everyone has been too busy for each other, and that surely has caused strain on their relationship. He knows he loves Samantha, but he can't shake the feeling that it isn't the same as before, and right there is what really upsets him. The shrill sound of the phone cut through the quietness of his office. It was Anderson; the scowl on his face deepened even more. "This better be good, Anderson." He said into the phone "The Helix group representatives are here and waiting for you in the lobby, Mr. Michael. The expression on their faces doesn't seem good, so I must warn. Should I send them in?
