It was simple, to Susan. She would host a grand celebration for Annabel and make sure everyone knew that Annabel was staying at the Bailey mansion, treated as Mrs. Bailey. She wanted to use Annabel to trigger Charmine. Grandma Bailey, on the other hand, did not think too much into Susan's suggestion. After all that happened recently, she did quite like Annabel as well.
