Chapter 28 - Breaking Up With Ryan

Nina heaved a helpless sigh as she asked, "So what do you plan to do?" Selena replied her with an indifferent tone, "What else can I do but break up with him? It has been eight years already, I already wasted enough of my youth. It's about time I let go and face the fact that we both want different things." Nina was unexpectedly calm at her decision as she already had a guess of what she planned on doing, she had always been aware of her friend's decisiveness.  It seemed that the eight years she and Ryan had spent together had made her to probably determine if their relationship was going anywhere and from the situation, what she determined and observed meant that he couldn't give her what she wanted. Therefore, there was only one option left, which was for them to separate! Selena was quite surprised at the fact that she remained calm in the face of her decision so she asked curiously, "You are not going to persuade me or anything like that?"
