Alana’s point of view.
Dinner had been a delightful experience. I made sure to snap a few photos but decided to keep them for when we were back home. I cherished our date and didn't want the paparazzi to tarnish the memory. Alec and I walked arm in arm, moving at a leisurely pace, our satisfied stomachs urging us to walk off the scrumptious meal.
"So, did you enjoy the food?" Alec asked, rubbing his belly with his free hand as we strolled beneath the radiant city lights.
"Sorry, Alec, but you might have some competition here. I wouldn't mind indulging in this three times a week!" I exclaimed, teasing him, but also confessing a bit of truth to my statement.
"I'll have to have a word with the chef," Alec scoffed, letting a hint of jealousy slip through, which I couldn't help but find endearing.
"Green is not your color," I teased, earning a raised eyebrow and a smirk from Alec.
"I can say the same for your jealousy before dinner," he grinned and leaned down to plant a soft kiss on
