TRINITY LOVES the game, pretending. But right now, she can't guarantee herself if she wants to pretend like she and Gail were okay. Because literally, they're not.
It irritates her the way Gail move, talk, and even her smiles—it seems mendacious. Fake. If only she doesn’t give respect to her father, she might have knocked her sister down and kicked Abigail's ass out of the house.
Abigail must be thankful that she’s trying to control her temper. Trinity may loathe her sister, but not the little angel beside her. Abigail’s son had nothing to do with her mother’s mess.
The kid is innocent. His mother is not.
