After dinner, Nova and Tristan ended up walking toward the stables without even realizing it. By some twist of fate, they ran into Selena and Emily, who had already changed into fresh outfits. Remembering their earlier encounter, Selena couldn't help but tease Nova. "You don't even know how to ride a horse and you still come here? Aren't you just asking to be made fun of?" Nova wasn't the best at riding, but she wasn't about to take Selena's jibes lying down. Standing tall, she replied, "Maybe I can't ride yet, but I'm here to learn. At least I'm not like some people who never seem to learn from their mistakes." Selena, sitting high on her horse with a smug look, shot back, "Anyone can talk a big game.
