"This is an engagement ring! Are you planning on getting a spouse soon Carlos? Wait, were you going to have a secret wedding without your mother in it?" Gina asked more clearly, she arched an eyebrow while waiting for her son to maybe deny it. She gawked at her son's face keenly waiting for him to speak but Instead, he let out a buff. Gina suddenly felt fear flow all over her body. What if her son had really gone far as marrying that human girl? "It seems like you have gone mute all of a sudden which seems odd and dubious. One of the workers found this in your clothes, what do you have to say, Carlos?" Gina asked yet again. Carlos blinked his eyes before taking a huge breath. "Well, that's not mine mother, I was just helping a friend get it! He was going to surprise his girlfriend. He had asked them to deliver the ring to me on his behalf which I accepted." Carlos said with a small smile. "So, you are not getting married? At least without my consent, right?" Gina asked with a slight sm
