Reign’S POV I flinch in pain ask I struggle to lift up a bucket of water with my left arm. It hurts so bad but I decided to keep it a secret from the others. So far, so good, staying here and working as a maid in Alpha Damien’s palace has been perfect and I’m beyond grateful that no one is being mean to me, even though every one has been staring at me like I was some Alien. Even when I greeted the other maids with whom I share a room with this morning, they just nodded and left. I can’t help but wonder what I have done to deserve such treatment.
