CHAPTER 114: LOSS

“Why now?!” said Paul in a frustrated manner as he darted from the operating room back to the room where Cecilia was. Cecilia lay outstretched on the hospital bed after fainting at the sight of her son. Paul dreaded seeing this as he quickly carried her unconscious body to the next available bed.
