"Explain more about this plan of yours; I would like to know more," Veronica demanded, her eyes narrowing as she smiled with part of her face. Jay leaned in, his eyes fixed on Veronica's, and his voice took a seductive tone. He reached out, his hand brushing against hers, shivering down her spine. "What are you doing?" Veronica asked, getting uncomfortable with his touch. But he gave no response. Just then, her instincts flared, warning her of Jay's intentions. She tried to pull back, but Jay's hand closed around hers, and his grip was firm. "Let's discuss the details later," Jay whispered, his breath hot against Veronica's ear, bringing his mouth close to her neck to kiss her softly. Veronica's hatred grew.
