CHAPTER 10

Diana faced her laptop screen down, gazing at Lucy on the other end of her desk. The mistress busied herself with her phone. Diana took deep breaths making sure her phone was in a position to get it all. All she had to do was work it out of Lucy. “So, what are you feeling for dinner tonight?” Lucy asked. Diana shrugged. She had tricked her into coming here under the guise of a friendly dinner. “I don't know yet.” “Is your breakup still upsetting you?” “No,” she shook her head. “It was for the best.” “You sure he didn't just say mean things cause he was angry.
