••• Hayden’s POV ••• I felt irritated... and annoyed. It had been a week since I stayed at the Moon Crest Pack, yet my plan to get closer to Charlotte seemed to be in vain. She seldom came to my ward and checked on me. Pretending to still be weak and injured didn't really seem to work anymore. My wounds had mostly recovered, and staying in the ward felt damn boring. Finally, I decided to look around and tour the Moon Crest Pack, as per my excuse to stay here. To say that I was shocked and amazed by the Moon Crest Pack was an understatement. All the members were polite, and I could see they had a very close-knit friendship amongst all the members. The pack ground itself was much bigger than the Red Claw Pack, with lots of fantastic facilities. Each house had a beautiful vegetable or fruit garden, and their irrigation system was one I had never seen. I didn't know they grew their own vegetables and fruits.
