Chapter 22

Since it was Saturday, Daniel didn't go to the office either. Yet he had been busy in his study after finishing breakfast. First, Charlotte went to the clearing in front of the house for a yoga class. After taking a shower and having breakfast, it was time for her to attend Beatrice's class. By the time Charlotte finished complying with Daniel's arrangements, it was only 10:30 am. By then, Bianca had just woken up. She and Charlotte had agreed to meet at the hospital before going for lunch together. Ever since Elyse was hospitalized after falling ill, Charlotte no longer hung out with Bianca over the weekends. After receiving admission letters from their respective colleges in Jedburgh, Charlotte and Bianca vowed to try all the good food in the city during their college days. Bianca had already started her senior-year internship. She would be graduating from college soon if Charlotte didn't make plans soon. Charlotte would have to study and take care of the baby in the future. M
