Chapter 21 Framed

At eight o'clock in the evening, men and women were being passionate in the promiscuous Cross Bar. After Guin and Verian entered, they immediately ordered two glasses of Long Island iced tea. Verian seldom visited bars, and she knew very little about this cocktail. "Guinnie, let's celebrate somewhere else. Let me treat you to crayfish?" The colorful lights and noisy chatter in the bar pierced her eardrums. Guin was playful. She yelled into Verian's ear, "Rainie, I've called my brother over. My biological brother! I'll introduce you guys later! He's also an artist!" Guin had always wanted to introduce her elder brother, Leafy Bodd, to Verian. After all, goodies should only be kept within the family. One was her own brother, and the other was her best girlfriend. If they could be a couple, their relationship would be even closer! As Guin thought about it happily, Leafy Bodd had already been walking toward them. Guin waved at him. "Brother! This way!" Leafy wore a black graffiti T-shirt.
