The two of them then became friends. Later, when Madam Doyle's grandmother had to go back to fulfill her engagement, she wanted to give money to my grandmother as a token of gratitude. But Madam Doyle's grandmother promised my grandmother that in the future, my grandmother or her descendants could make a request, and Madam Doyle's grandmother and her descendants must agree to it."
