CHAPTER 26

　　DACIANA’S POV 　　Corni had left that morning for an assignment in another pack and Marcel was yet to resume. I had a conference soon so I left for the bathroom to prepare. I knew Ava would be around soon and I wanted to be ready before she arrived. Tables had turned on me and Ava. It has been fun torturing her. I was careful enough to hide my identity. 　　Early that morning, I had cramps so I stayed longer in bed than usual. Corni didn’t want to leave but the assignment was important. He promised to be back early. I stayed in bed for a while before gathering strength to bathe. I turned on the warm shower, and as the water hit my body, I relaxed. I stayed longer and just let the water calm me down. 　　I heard the door opened. I thought it was Marcel so I wanted to tell him to excuse me. Immediately I stepped into the room, and my jaws dropped. It was Ava! She saw me without the disguise! She was shocked and before I could say anything to defend myself, she dashed out of the room. 　　How c
